Quick question regarding knocking front end....

Had the ever so popular suspension knocking fixed but now i have steering wheel vibration around 70mph so my question is.....Could the new vibration be linked to the knocking repairs?
Going to book the car in for some other work tomorrow so was going to ask them to sort it out if it could be linked to the knocking fix.

Thanks

I know but if its as a result of the suspension work then the dealer can pay for balancing and not me.
There was no vibration before hand.
