Well been stuck in Muscat airport for the last 7 or so hours so spent most of that time on the forum having a look round and it's given me far to much idears for my rrs now. Anyone know of any specialists in north east England area?

I'm flying to salalah on Oman Air been here since 7.30 this morning supposedly problems with aircraft now mention to be flying at 6.30 but I'm not holding my breath. What do youndo at the airport guy?

All hopefully be flying to salalah this evening then I have a 2.5 hour drive across the mountains to get to the site I am working on. I'm based out of Dubai office but moved back to the uk in jan so had to downgrade from my s/c hst to what I have now in the uk I just commute from the uk to ME now. If my flight gets changed again I will be staying in muscat this evening if u fancy a beer?

I think the flights should be ok now, I understand there was a technical problem with this mornings in bound from Salalah as a result flights were cancelled.

the 3pm flight should depart as you say at 6:30pm... I wouldn't want to do a 2.5 hr drive in the dark though into the desert...

For sure a beer sounds good, I'm usually in Al Ghazal at the InterContinential
