Any body got any ideas of companies that wax oil cars.

I want the underneath of my landy doing and can only find a company in west sussex, just a little too far from leicestershire. I have had it mooted that a company possibly called "before and After" is about somewhere but cannot find a thing.

have read the thread and mmm. I me thinks more hunting. I have a lovely example of a D3 and it gets detailed every week without fail after pressure washing most of Leicestershire off it.
It does have localized patches of surface rust around the mountings etc. I do not fancy undersealing it as I have done this before many years ago.

Try a local indy Land Rover garage.... Mine did my old 110 for about £200

That is pressure wash, let it dry overnight and waxoil....

I would do it in hot weather also to allow drying and a bit of flow to the waxoil......

We have a little one a few miles away, they do manily landys but are not geared up for anything over a D2, they shuddered when I asked them if they were able to look after my D3. They replied they would have a go, but did not have any plug in and play fault finders

I have had a couple of problems with it as I have said, last one being the tow bar being pinched from Northampton, the tow bar has probably done the rounds on ebay by now.

What is the difference to trade than over the counter, is it thicker??

I have used wax oil before on the insides of boat hulls, just wondering if there is much of a difference and would it be worth applying localized coats of owatrol (oil based steel and wood primer, drying time for steel 12 hrs ) before, did you do any remedial work before yours went in?
