45000mile service at main dealer ??

Hi , my Range Rover Sport tdv6 2008 , is due its 45000 mile service very soon (although its only covered 39000) how much should i be paying at a Land Rover main dealer (been quoted £420 inc vat) is that good or not guys ?

That's a fair price for a main dealer. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

i paid £400 for the 45k at LR service a couple of months ago. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy
