Heater plug replacement?

Hi. Can the heater plugs be replaced by most independent garages or are you required to visit a land rover dealership? This cold snap has brought about a few lumpy starts on my tdv6 and I am considering replacing them. All advice welcome. Thank you.[/code]

Hi, when I say independent garage I mean a general back street garage with a decent level of competency. I have heard its definately not a DIY job. Is this correct.......
