NOISE WIPERS

Hi , my Sport has quite noise wipers (front) just had new blades and metal arms (£73) fitted at LR , but to be fair they are no better , they in the right location on the screen , but are just noise (not sweaky) more clonkey.

What else can i change ??

Try cleaning the screen it might be a git greasy bud! I use this stuff:

Are you saying its the wiper blades themselves or the wiper mechanism thats making the noise?

My wiper blades made a horrendous protest on each pass and after reading a few posts on here i went for the cheap option as this car seems to go through wiper blades frequently

Hi , yes its the wipers making the noise , ive just ordered a VALEO SILENCIO X TRIM set as the write ups sound good saying they are a lot less noisey !!

We shall see

Just fitted a set of VALEO SILENCIO X blades £26 , 1000% better than the LR ones , so quiet , better action , clears water better.

The best £26 i have spent on my Sport , a must buy Razz Razz Razz

Glad your sorted BBR, no doubt the extra spent on the ones you have purchased will show when my sub £10 wipers self destruct in a month.

i went through 3 sets of original land rover blades before i fitted the valeo silecio il never buy lr ones again you can get them off ebay Thumbs Up

I am near Minster BBR, i have not come accross any meetings due in the Kent area but will keep an eye/ear out.

Where abouts in Kent do you hail from?
