That happened to me and Mrs S in the Cafe Rouge in Guildford once too. We had to decamp to the Yellow River Cafe over the road and take our drinks with us. If only there had been a strip joint round the corner. I could have left the wife to look after things while I got on with the important stuff!! Thumbs Up

Its happened to me a few times. Travelodges are the most common.

Best was the time in a hotel near Burford, when I worked at Brize Norton in 1988. It was just before christmas, and the staff forgot to blow the candles out on the table decorations. 2am the alarms go off, and we watched the place burn from the comfort of my Vauxhall Cavalier. 2004 Disco 3 TDV6 HSE in Zambezi Silver + Ebony

I found a new drink too...Tabasco Habanaro... not too good in pints but keeps the kids in line and goes down well with a bottle of white rum Wink

Sorry to hear about your car Kam, hope they get it sorted and back with you soon.
If you don't get any joy soon might be worth a call to LRCS
