Iwish LPR were in Yorkshire!!
The way they engage with the community of range rover owners is amazing. If only Land Rover as a whole did this they would be not only financially more sound but would have gained a far better reputation.

I'll give you an example

Suspension knocking
Print off known fault from RRSPORT.co.uk
Hand it in to service receptionist in leeds
Receive my car back
Advise service department after 2 days that knocking isn't sorted
Take car back in
All of the known faulkt items replaced
problem solved

Let's take a different approach

Suspension knocking
take car in
staff know what they are doing
customer receives car back
customer happy

It's simple - Land Rover should be monitoring these forums like there's no tomorrow - and contributing!

Thanks to CHPR, LPR or whatever they're called now for listening.

As I have said before - I will buy my next RR from you (as along as the deal is right...)
