Colour Coding

Hi,

I want to colour code my RRS

Coded Black/Clear Headlights, Clear Repeaters, Colour Coded Handles/Mirrors

A little like Adam RRS's

Does anyone know a good person to carry out the work and what it would cost?

Thanks in Advance! 57 RRS | TDV8 HSE | Java Black | Black Interior | Side Steps | 20" Alloys

Nas I got yr pm but i'll answer you here.

The handles and mirror covers you can buy ready coded on ebay, I got mine froma company called Powerful UK, they fit seamlessly.

The rest I got done at a local body shop, its as simple as that! I paid £300 for door guards, front and rear bumpers and headlight washers.

Headlights are a totally different kettle of fish.... I got them done at Revere. I think the cost is around £400 as its quite labour intense. Well worth it though.

I've still got the 20's on.... but i've got some 22" Supersport reps in the garage waiting for summer. To be honest i'm not overly keen on them anymore so if I find a buyer i'll sell WINNER - 2009 Best in Class Range Rover Sport Award

Yes - I started wanting 22" Overfinch, but really like the 20" V's now. For what its worth, I think they look great on your car. Definitely an inspiration for me. 57 RRS | TDV8 HSE | Java Black | Black Interior | Side Steps | 20" Alloys

I had mine done in Welwyn Garden City.... but as they say, you get what you pay for....

I paid £300 odd and its starting to flake and bubble so im booking it in with my local bodyshop in bushey who are always top notch! Might pay a bit more, but in the long run its worth it.

Cheap bodyshops are false economy.

P.S Decided to keep the 22s! Going on the car 1st week of June Very Happy WINNER - 2009 Best in Class Range Rover Sport Award

Hi NasMan
regarding the headlamps, I did them myself for a total cost of under £30 using Plasikote paint & a heat gun. I've not done a write up but check this out:

As you can see I also painted the chrome parts black around the main beam & xenons and then aluminium silver around the indicators & cornering lamps.

I've also replaced the door handles with colour coded ones from a dealer, I think they were about £80, I fitted smoked side indicators from Hawke & rear lights from Revere (although I sourced these through ebay) from a guy who was changing his RRS back to standard to do a px with the dealer.
I've also added more lighting to the interior.
