That's pathetic customer service! Especially where the Tyre wear issue is concerned! If I was the chap who
had the RRS I'd have been in touch with trading standards by now. 2013 Discovery HSE Luxury - 3.0 SDV6 - Santorini Black

Australia 2005 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Tangiers Orange

I'd be a bit fed up of the squeaky brakes it's fitted with a s well !!!!

I think I'm one of the few that have received decent service from Stratstones wrt problems, albeit from the Newport branch where I bought my G4 RRS from. The service chaps have been excellent, although by rights it shouldn't have been sold to me with all the faults in the first place Laughing Ex-G4 Challenge RRS HSE, BV55 YZE. Subtle shade of orange ! Now registered YZE481 G4RRS in Melbourne.

A) Your Welsh - what do you expect
B) Your whining and have now gone public (I would)
C) That old guy has to be wondering WTF his daughter is on, making him dress up only to be shown an empty garage and then pushed back into his single bar fire. I was unaware that VA lived in Wales. Whistle

In all honesty, all in all, pretty shoddy for both Jag / LR and more importantly the laptop, that shocked me more than the cars! Mr. Green L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

From what I read, the satisfied customers of that dealership can be counted on the fingers of a badly-mutilated hand. One has to wonder about the point of filling in customer surveys when the same old names are trotted out time and time again as failing the most basic of customer service levels.

I have to say Stratstones Nottingham have always been great with me.....I guess I must be lucky!

My car went in last week for a suspension ride height sensor recall and they sorted the knock while they had it.
Car drives like new again and was gleaming when returned.

Stratstones aren't the best me thinks......as I have said before, their garage that used to be in Wooburn Green, always sold new RRS with 22's and thought nothing of it!

I thought the squeaky brakes was the biggest shocker!!

United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HST Stornoway Grey

I can vouch for how bad Stratstone Newport is, so bad its unbelievable and LR don't really give a damn and that makes me even more annoyed. By British - no thanks if LR is anything to go by Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Rear heated window didn't work, changed, didn't line up properly so wore paint off bumper, changed bumper with one in showroom (Yes some poor sod bought a £60k car with a knackered bumper), took 3 visits to make line up properly.

Front window didn't work, changed, still didn't work, messed about with again, still didn't work, took to different dealer and fixed it. Stratstone Newport caused £900 of damage to car by scratching paintwork changing windscreen, got overspray on drivers door panel, window rubbers, roof rubbers, roof, so car is being taken by me to independent to get fixed. Stratstone getting the bill, see me ending up in court, they have agreed to pay, sort of, garage worked out times on LR system for job times and the dealer says the time is too long and disputes the cost. Censored

Usual suspension knocking etc, build quality is pathetic for a 60K car and LR UK just try to pass it all back to the dealer, zero customer service, total rubbish. Filled in the customer service form about my last dealer visit but nothing happens, thanks for the support, how to keep customers..................not!

Oups.
I'm buying mine from Landrover Diplomatic Sales which is Stratstone Mayfair.
Hope it's alright — but the car will be service in France and Belgium.

I can't watch the video from outside the UK. The ITV computer says No! Sad

Stratstone seems to get regular poor feedback on this site and DISCO3.
quantz, I don't think it matters too much who the supplying dealer is, but find a good dealer for ongoing maintenance. Thumbs Up Every silver lining has a cloud
