Guys/Gals,
I might have to write to head office to complain about very bad service from one of the dealers, there have been complaints before about them, ( won't name them yet, give them a chance to reply and put things right first ), but if they don't then I need to know contact details of who to write to, any ideas.
PS. The dealer sounds like a fish, that's all I'm saying.
