fuel cap missing or is loose warning

Today I got a strange warning on the dashboard. "Fuel cap missing or is loose" or something similar. I searched the forum and found nothing about this. It is not even listed as one of warning signs in the manual.

I checked the fuel cap and nothing seems wrong with it. It is screwed all the way in as always.
The road to my son's kindergarden is under construction so for the last two months I've been using very bumpy short cut. But I would be very disappointed if this was the cause.

has anyone experienced that? Any solutions, except for visiting dealer? My name: Patryk
