2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey
......................Is jinxed

Last week the back was run into, today the front. No lasting/expensive damage though and it shows how good the bumpers are that the dent had popped back out by the time I got home 15 minutes later

15 minutes later without any human intervention the bumper has reformed

Very very lucky really................................. that that is all the damage there was as it could have been horrific.
I was overtaking a Honda CRV when the driver of it decided they wanted to overtake the car in front of them and just pulled out without looking in their mirrors. I was doing 55mph and accelerating at the the time, my car was pushed off the road onto a very wide, wet, muddy and soft verge and I managed to steer it back onto the road while braking like there was no tomorrow. I was back onto the left side of the road when the Honda passed me going in the other direction................................. on the right side having spun through 180 degrees. How we didn't hit I do not know and the only damage to the Honda is a small dent in their rear door

In front of 3 witnesses from 3 other cars the Honda driver admitted liablity, LRI have been informed and statements taken from the other driver and the witnesses. Their comments are very interesting regarding how the RRS stopped too despite having crossed the carriageway it pulled up straight and in 3 car lengths, they all thought I was going for a trip into a field and bog and looking back along the road there was a fair bit of mud on the carriageway......................... I was amazed the Honda didn't roll - both cars stopped straight and heading the right way on each side of the road, even though the Honda was headed in the opposite direction to what it started from 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Already arranged NP, off roading on 20" wheels at 55mph in mud isn't good for any SUV and proves that DSC really works when you need it to as well, as the road surface/ grip changed so suddenly it must have suspected something was up and decided to call it a day - I thought the engine had died! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Glad you're fine, and the car doesn't look too bad.

Think the liability of the accident is proved by the car involved. Aren't Hondas generally driven by pensioners? Not exactly known for indicating before executing a manouvre, let alone checking their mirrors.
