I don't know, but I expect it will be a 2/1 split - maybe you'll be able to spec a "through load" option like you can in the BMW world. If James from CHPR is watching he may well know?

Ta Schmoogle. Certainly looks like a load through option may have been planned - we flipped down the centre rear armrest, and there is a very thin panel left between the bootspace and the rear seats. Having said that, this seemed very similar to the one in the current model, and I've not seen this as an option listed anywhere.

... of course, the other option may be to load the snowboards (in board bags) high, above the flattened centre headrest - which will obviously need a solution to stop them shunting forward between the front seats under breaking....

or a set of roof bars and a roofbox - that would keep the inside of the car dry too and there is no problem with flying things under heavy braking! I know they don't look that "cool" on the top of an RRS, but they are practical! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I think the RRS is the only car in it's class not offering load through as an option I would certainly go for it if I had the chance, very often miss one.

I'm 99.9% sure they'll transfer.... can't see any reason why not.

James - thanks. Will look into the roof rails/bars now. Quick question - is it a simple and quick task to remove the bars, and hence reduce height on my arrival at the resort?
