Did you bleed the system accordingly as per your other post? Malaysia Boleh!

Sorry, I PMd you instead :s... Yes i bled the system accordingly and everything seemed fine with the heaters getting to temperature etc..... Do you think that there may be a problem with the thermostat that's not letting the water through when its hot??? Would this build up pressure on the filler tank and make it overflow tho?

Yes, the thermostat could give you this problem.

It has had a brand new Viscous Fan.... Works perfectly as its been tested by it overheating so bloody much!!!!

Pressure tested and it is head gasket, what is the best way forward from here???

get the head off and hope it is the headgasket and not youve cooked the head |
