United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

glad to see people are waking up to the idea of Hankooks. I have been pilloried on this forum in the past for using them and suggesting they were any good. They may be cheaper to buy than the major brands, but they are not a budget tyre by any stretch of the imagination. Hankook tyres are now fitted as OEM to many European, Japanese and Korean car makers and their high-performance Ventus range is superb. I have 275/40/20's on mine. If you see a bandwagon - it's too late.....

Java Black HSE TDV6 O7, alpaca, FF sunroof, adaptive Xenon headlights, SC grill, black privacy glass, clear indicators, tow-pack, colour-coded all black.Gone, but forever in my memory. Until my new one comes...
In the stables:Mercedes CLK 230K Cab W208; BMW 318d; VW Golf (LHD) 1.6 SE in Spain:New RRS to come soon...

Fitted Hankook Ventus ST's on my previous RRS to replace the Pirelli's that lasted 30k miles. Hankooks cost me £440 for four fitted.

Hankooks had less road noise and wet weather handling was superb. Traded RRS in at 52k miles and still had tons of treadwear left and would have expected to get 30k miles out of the set. Would not hesitate to fit another set. Very Happy Thumbs Up Long suffering RRS Owner, but I can't help it!

I had a set fitted a few months back and have found them to be quieter than the
outgoing pirellis on motorways and also pretty good in the current snow.

Got mine fitted locally for £10 a corner having had them delivered direct to my
fitter from camskill for about £105 from memory.

They also look better on the car which is a bonus.
