United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Orkney Grey
Wanted - Gallery photos

I would like to view a silver modified RRS, to see how it looks with various mods. Mine is currently completely standard.
Can anyone recommend a members gallery photos for me to peruse? I've tried looking, but I'd be searching for ages.

Thx,

2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zambezi Silver

You could check out my dirty Zambezi silver RRS with new 2010 leds - before and after photos on this post.

I will fit supercharged front and side grills next week, so could post these up. There are so many colour coded, grey and bright finish combinations, it's a nightmare trying to decide.

I have also bought 20" 2010 alloys (silver not bright), but won't get these on until the spring (still on winter tyres here!).

Enjoy

Cheers Tornado34.

Unsure what I'm looking for really. Just fancied seeing what could be done. Perhaps some chrome bits or colour coded handles etc. Thinking of changing side repeater lens to clear.
All I have done so far is changed from 19 to 20" rims.

I'll take a look,

Thanks,

If you're thinking of colour coding don't go overboard - the silvers don't really take it very well.

2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zambezi Silver

Forgot to mention, I changed the side repeaters to clear (again from same Ebay guy) and they look a million times better. I considered light smoked, but pleased I decided on clear (well kind of frosted). They look so neat on silver. I think smoked look better on Stornaway or Java, but on silver they just stick out too much.

The ones I got were OEM's and very well sealed. I have heard that some cheap ones off Ebay can leak / get condensation in and ultimately fail - tread carefully.

Took approx 12 seconds per side to switch them over- soooo easy.

I also changed the front side light bulbs to leds W5W's. There was no resistor or modifications needed, they just plugged straight in. They match the xenons much better than the yellowy filament standard fit - now the front looks much meaner at night (if that's your thing!!!). There is a post to help you get to the back of the headlights - it looked like a nightmare, but was again very easy once you know how. No tools needed, just need to know where to push and pull!
