This is the same issue that I have recently been troubled with

The detatchable tow bar is easy to find second hand, especially as its the same as the D3
Just check out everybody's favourite auction site

The electrics are a different matter

As has been documented there are supply issues
The desperation of an impending holiday focussed my mind and I must have tried every LR dealer in the UK looking for the twin N and S pack

They all said they couldnt help and none knew when they would have stock for the reasons already described

For the sake of completeness I tried Nick at Yeovil and Im bloody glad I did

After a quick chat I realised I didnt actually need the N and S pack, I needed the new EU standard YWJ500160 pack with a single 13 pin socket which he mailed me fairly rapidly
The rest of the world have been using a single 13 pin for ages, its just the UK that needs the twin N and S and even now modern caravans (honestly its not for one of these) use 13 pin too

Even if you have a caravan with twin N and S you can buy an adapter to use the single 13 pin YWJ500160

So I am very happy now

But why did it take 2 days on the phone to find Nick to tell me I actually didnt need the twin N and S anyway?

Why arent all dealers as clued up?
