For about the last 2 weeks i have noticed some strange noises while driving the RRS. Not sure if it's the dreaded suspension knocking noise but here are the symptoms:

While driving at mainly low speeds and on uneven roads I am hearing what sounds like a knocking noise from all round the car, this is coupled with a pretty poor ride quality

The noises and ride quality is greatly improved while cruising at 50 mph on smoother road surfaces

Is there anything in the above that would point to suspension knock issue?

the car is a TDV8 on an 08 plate and it was never like this when brand new

Sounds like it is the suspension knocking. If you pull the fuse for the DR and it stops, that means you're ed and it can't be fixed yet. If pulling the fuse doesn't make a difference then you can get it fixed by changing bushes, ball joints etc.

Had my D3's ARBs replaced for temporary peace but the new shims for the suspension made all the difference. Peace is restored. See Disco Mikey's post on disco3 to see what he does.
