Laughing Laughing

My only real issue with them is that they're expensive for what you're actually getting.

but they are cheaper than a RRS & D3 and if you want a new LR what else can you get Question All the other 4x4 car on the market are soft roaders.

End of the day your RRS's are safe the FL2 isn't there to compete against it its there for those who can't afford one

Rather have an FL2, but like with a lot of the new Ford's it seems to be well bolted together.

Nick, I'm only taking the pi** as usual Wink I do actually like the FL2. I just think they could be better value that's all especially compared to the FL1 (knowing full well it's a completely different car), but I'd look at having one if I was in the market for one.

Thumbs Up

only ever had a quick at the Kuga, whilst looking at the new fiesta

It would be a nice second car for the missus, felt slightly smaller than mine and the interior was horrific with orange trim

Not read any reviews on it though, but on the road it does look nicer than others

no offense take at all, everyone has their own opinions on cars and stuff

As i have said in another thread when i had a RRS loaner, it was the only car that has made me want to go out and drive, just because i could, not even the FL2 has done that for me Smile

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

I had a look at the Kuga last leave and was very impressed with how well Ford have bolted it together but oh dear the interior styling is truly horrid with the coloured swooshes and the visiblity out of the back window is terrible for a modern car. From what I have read the Kuga's offroad ability is almost nil - it's aimed at those who want a tall 4x4-a-like.
Yesterday I drove passed the local Volvo dealership and they had the new XC60 out on the grass in front of the showroom - it's based on the same next generation Focus as the Kuga. I stopped to have a look at it and the model I saw was beautifully finished with a really nice interior and a ton of toys and gizmos fitted. But from what I have read the Volvo TD engine is gutless/weedy and noisy but economical to run - the 2.4litre petrol is nice to drive but drinks a bit. The big off put for me was the colour - it looked like metallic Pee (no it's not a spelling mistake) and sort of yellowy cream (more yellow than cream!) leather interior with birch wood panels - whoever ordered that colour scheme needs to be shot as it will never sell in this financial climate. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Germany 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

The FL2 is the reason why I have a RRS right now! Shocked I was testdriving it and I didn't like it, when I got out at the stealer's I saw the RRS and asked if I could testdrive that. Two hours later the decision was clear and I started searching for a RRS! Thumbs Up

But I wouldn't pay a penny for a FL as courtesy car. Rolling Eyes Wink
Sorry, Npinks, no offence, but I just don't like the interior looks of it (and the 4 cylinder engine), on the outside I think it is quite pretty, definitely prettier than the D3, I'd say. Cool

@Angel: When are you going to bomb that ugly house on the other side of the street?! It ruins the whole quarter... I'll be happy to help you with it (since you once told that teachers live in there)!
