Not wanting to sound snobbish but NO....... if you want it look like a HST then buy a HST.
They are different models and there should be control to keep them separate.

It's like the sierra boys that used to badge their GL with cosworth badges. Laughing

I'll slither back down from my soap box Wink

Oh and BTW, I love the look of the HST bodykit so I paid extra when I got my RRS and got that model. Thumbs Up

I loved the look of them but already had mine so upgraded in stead of part exing as I knew my car was perfect otherwise.

forgive me if im wrong daz but isnt the hst just cosmetic changes rather than performance changes(as regards to your sierra gl/cosworth statement)
from what i can see the only differance hst has over a normal hse is
1)the bodykit
2)a sunroof
3)something to do with the rear axle?

for me to get a same spec hst would have cost me thousands and thousands more than i paid for my hse all for the sake of a bodykit....?!? RRS-2.7hse overfinch engine upgrade-java black-ivory leather-22"overfinch supersports-hst bodykit-colour coded handles-side steps-09 clear rear lights and indicators-chrome wing mirrors-piano black interior and ivory overfich speedo dials.

Yes mate you are correct, well I think there are a few other minor things like the stereo and some black wood trim bits Laughing

What I was trying to say is like the sierra that only had different bumpers and wheels from the outside.... the HST is supposed to be different and you pay the expense to be different, if the HST kit was easy to get hold of and cheap there would be possibly be loads around that would potentially de-value the HST which would no longer be, well different.

I think LR tried to put a hold of the sale of HST kits to non HST owners making you show your VIN number on order.... made sense to me but then I was lucky enough to be able to buy a HST in the first place.

I'll stop now since I am starting to sound like a right banker Rolling with laughter I know what I mean.....come on someone bail me out here Laughing

Here, here Dazsear.

If you don't buy a factory HST you should not be able to just bolt one on it's reserved for the masculine amongst the RRS drivers. Period.

The HST divides opinion like nothing else. Personally I hate it, and Andy B's is really the only one that looks OK (alright, I'll admit Wonker's looks OK too).... but for the most part it's hideous. Just my 2p Very Happy

Don't do it! Take the $9K USD and trade your HSE in for a SC! Not one day goes by that I don't wish I would have gone SC... I might end up selling the RRS (which I was very stupid and paid cash for) and starting over with an SC and a car payment...
