You could be spot on there Bobby, mine has gone in today for this exact fault Big Cry Big Cry

The computer said that there is a grounding issue, which I presume has come from the fact that they recently removed the rear bumper for paint. Its that or some other gremlin. Big Cry L322 Big Daddy SUPERCHARGED 5.0 Autobiography - Here & Now!

If it is a PDC fault, it is a high pitched beep (a higher pitch than the normal PDC beep) that lasts about 2-3 seconds, and I think it originates from the rear speakers. Also, your PDC button on the center console should start blinking to let you know there is a fault in the system. It happens to me sometimes after a heavy rain or car wash when I engage reverse, evidently some water must enter one of the rear sensors, grounding it. After a few hours or so - as the water dries out, I guess - the problem disappears.

guys the thing is the pdc button on the dash does not blink when the long beep comes on, just comes out of nowhere!
also, the mirrors are annoying when they dip when in reverse they are so slow to come up and before their back to their default, im already in drive and their stuck half way through!
