I have an extended LR warranty and my (non dealer) garage has told me that I need front and rear bushes replacing (there is a knocking going over bumps in the road)

I asked the question whether this was covered by LR warranty and they said no - does anyone have a copy of the extended warranty book so I can check? - I dont have a copy.

My car is 06 and therefore is outside of the 3 year standard warranty but the previous owner extended the warranty by a year

Sorry I can't help with the warranty question.

But I don't think the bushes are particularly expensive. But be aware there is a new modified set out now which we hope will last longer. TDV6 - gone

Had exactly the same problem with my 59 plate RRS which was more obvious the warmer the car became. Had independent garage extract front wishbone swinging arms and check bushes (which were ok) and completely re-lubricate only to have squeak return within an hour of leaving the garage. After much searching and re-searching both the garage and I came up with the front anti-roll bar bushes were the culprit. Land Rover know about this common problem and have upgraded the replacement bushes with a polypropolene type instead and so far (a week later) no noise and car feels better and tighter in the steering.

Noise was really annoying and squeak got louder and louder
