There should be a 3.5mm aux input jack somewhere (positions vary).
A small inverter should get you 230v AC but make sure that you get one with a "pure sine wave" output or you may damage ... |

Thanks , I think it may have been stolen as the cable has been cut , so need a new winch either way!
