Whatever you do, be careful. Eight operations, metal bolts, bone transplants, Plaster casts and I am still not better. Look after it and do as the Doctor or Consultant advises!

I think there is a lot on the Disco 3 (sister site) about this. If I remember correctly some were replaced and some not. It may be worth a read.
