	Just got the car back this afternoon.The alternator was replaced together with thie diesel filter.Seems to have been the problem.Fairly common problems i was told.Hope this is the end of it.

	LR Assist chap arrived tonight at 5.00pm -he got it started ! Suggested it was alternator ! Off now on recovery wagon -will keep you posted when i hear from dealership tomoorrow.

	Symptoms: usual starting procedure ,message advising cold starting...then clicks and off.Not firing at all, will post update when goes into dealership tomorrow.

	Patrol arrived -could not fix and LR have arranged for uplift tomorrow-as they are so busy! Could not diagnose fault. Disco arrived this afternoon as replacement.
