SVR went for a Defender 110 for towing, planning on a lot of track time this year so a track car will be joining the garage. |

Often found the best approach to be a gentle heat with a hair dryer to loosen the glue and dental floss for the removal
Finish off with Tar & Glue remover to clean the residue |

You will probably find that the fixings have corroded away and as a result they will not be able to take hold when you push them back in.
