| I am sure it has front and rear drain tubes, the Discovery 2 only has front ones due to the raised roof and they are famous for leaking with lots of people sealing them up. |

It's possible it's blocked behind the wheel arch shield, try getting to the bottom of the drain tube and make sure it's clear

From memory you will have to drop the tank, might be easier to pump it out using the electric fuel pump. Or try and suck it out from the fuel filter outlet or high pressure pump supply hose.
