Just a quicky, does 4.2 have a timing chain or timing belt, if the latter what are the intervals?

Powerful UK seems to have the largest spectrum of upgrade parts from what I have seen.

How much did you lower by? And which method?
I don't want anything like access mode as it rides horrible, just a tiny bit like 5-10mm. |

Cleaned the disk which was really dusty and all is good 
Does that black plastic section come off, I had to move the seat right forward to access it?
