I'd say yes, you've been unlucky.
Worth also noting that windscreens generally are thinner. The L320 has a thicker sandwich construction to the L494. |

Make sure you get a genuine item.
Don't take this the wrong way, but you should have made sure the use of OE parts was written into the policy before it was incepted. |

Yes. Heated makes no difference (unless the policy states it as an exclusion, which I doubt).
