Had a look underneath my car and apart from the 2 cats and the DPF there are no silencers in my system.
It seems that the only way to do this is by removing the DPF,replacing it with the '07 silencer ...

Removing the final muffler is not bad idea actually, worth trying anyway. Thumbs Up

Like I mentioned in a previous post,the DPF has muted the V8 burble substantially and the Larini exhaust does't make it a whole lot diffe ...

My car also came with the DPF,even with the cat-back JE system the exhaust note is quite tame on mine too. Confused
Thought about removing the DPF but since it's a quite complex pie ...
