If I want to use a bottle jack rather than the Land Rover supplied jack, how much extension do I need to get from the jack to get the wheels off the ground?

If you don't have the 4WD info screen, there is no indication provided for the rear or centre eDiffs' activations. You just drive it!

I believe they are mutually exclusive, IIRC Rimini has the e-diff but no Sat Nat/Screen on his TDV8
