This has not received much coverage, but I noticed it in the paper a couple of weeks ago - its a must read:

Basically new national consumer laws are in place specific to car purchases, seems that if a dealer cannot rectify an issue within a *reasonable* timeframe then you can claim a refund or replacement car !

After reading about the new laws it had actually crossed my mind Zilch!

I wonder if dealers can legally refuse to sell you a car?
