Gas guzzlers debate on BBC Radio Shropshire

Was scanning through the radio this morning and came across BBC Radio Shropshire discussing 4x4s, and whether they're being targeted unfairly. The presenter seemed unbiased for a change. There was a Freelander owner on when I started listening putting forward the truth about 4x4s. There was a D3 owner on but I lost signal and didn't hear what he said, other than it's good for pulling a caravan Laughing 2002 Discovery Adventurer LE

Fed up of listening to these debates - can someone define what a gas guzzler is.... We should be shouting a little louder ourselves about this subject, for instance

Refuelled on Tuesday night. Reset computer. Refuelled last night.

Total mileage 470
Range left 45
Average speed 40.7mph
Average consumption 30.3mpg

Driving was varied from town to traffic jams but leaning more towards motorway. When possible sat at 75mph with a couple of runs to 90ish. At times one person / two people / four people and boot full of samples.

Therefore we need to be a little more vocal of the merits of these cars and stop taking the BS.

I think you mean KMPH not MPH! Smart car = 2 people RRS = 5 people, simple. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.
