anyone adjusted headlights for European driving recently?

Hi, I'm off to the South of France in a few weeks time and have asked my local LR dealer several times about adjusting the headlights without a response (Guy salmons!)
I once read here that a member found it to be a straightforward process but cannot find the details.
Has anybody got recent experience of adjusting themselves, my RRS is an early 05 SE TDV6. Thanks

Have a bit of WD40 handy to ease up the release catches on top of the headlights if you plan to remove them.

There are lots of posts about this on the D3 forum and the general conclusion is that if you have xenon lights, don't bother adjusting them - it's not worth the effort. Matt

RRS ownership for 1 yr, then D3 for 2 yrs. Then cut back to old bangers and working my way back up through two Peugeots in 6 months. Now got Saab 9-5 2.3t and enjoying the performance!
