Gary, I've removed and reinstalled those f***ing side steps 3 times already on my Sport... Every time I go offroad I take them out, then eventually - after thinking about it for a few weeks - I put them back on. Now that I know where to pull and what to remove, I can do both sides in about an hour. It is easy enough to do for a DIYer, but it's still no fun, you'll see. And those yellow clip thingies that keep the lower plastic trim in place tend to break and "mysteriously" disappear over time, so you may want to get a handul of extra ones from your dealer eventually. If you need specifics, I'm your guy. |
