A friend of mine has a courier firm, they bought another 2nd hand transit from a main dealer but after a week there was a problem with it.
The service dept was being moody about lending him a van, then the salesman came over and only thinking about a possible sale (and not about what the van would be used for) he said that he could have their brand new model demo one with 50 miles on the clock.
There was a delay in getting parts to repair the van but after 5 weeks it was ready, they took the 'brand new' one back with 26k on the clock. Rolling with laughter
