I had my alignment done because of all 4 tyres starting to run out although it ran dead straight.
It came back pulling to the left and the whell was off centre.
After 2 more attempts it was a lot better but not perfect Evil or Very Mad

It's cost me £100 cash to have alignment done twice and it's still pis Censored ed! Despite the car driving straight, I had it re-done and he confirmed everything was ok, except the steering wheel. He then fine-tuned it, but it was still out despite the car running perfectly straight? I give up! Rolling Eyes MY12 SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ebony/Piano/Sidesteps/Privacy/Overfinch Olympus/JLR DRLs

Back on topic- it's arrived.

It's a 56 reg VW Polo 1.2. Quite a nice little car, feels solidly built, and pretty nippy. It feels quite big, until you look out of the window and see every car around you is bigger. Felt quite scary when a Freelander nearly rammed into us and you could see underneath.

Is this the 3 cyl version? I had one as a loaner when I took my V5 Golf in years ago.

Redline it if it is...it makes a pretty wicked noise!

I remember when I took my C320 Merc in (Before the BM) and was offered a Smart ForTwo! I 'politely' declined as at 6'2" and 14st + at the time, not the best look really! Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 SE Arctic Frost

I once took my Freelander in for repair after someone reversed into me on a garage forecourt. I was offered a Smart car as my courtesy car.

"Fantastic" I said, "now where do I put my wife and two kids"? Laughing Laughing

Ended up with a Fiat Punto, I should have stuck with the Smart car. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.

Jay, I always got E-Class replacements when my SL went in for warranty work. They explained the longer you're prepared to wait, the better the car. S-Class was booking about 3-months hence so you did well. Punto is taking the pi Censored ss! Evil or Very Mad MY12 SDV6 HSE Sumatra/Ebony/Piano/Sidesteps/Privacy/Overfinch Olympus/JLR DRLs
