Not any problems at all with the car as such. However, when the temp. rises and the snow get wet the car slides too easily, and braking can be difficult. This is because the tyres are too wide for such conditions, 275/40/20.

I know there are editing programs, and that you can adjust the white balance on the camera. Haven't used time to investigate, so a couple of quick tips would be fine. Anyhow, lack of contrasts is a problem shooting in such conditions.

Hi Ersa,

I don't think it's a white balance issue, it's about exposure. With a (D)SLR you would increase exposure a bit, say by 2/3 or a full stop as a starting point, either manually or by EC (exposure compensation).

This is why I've just signed up for a training course with Nikon for my new digital SLR that I just bought. Manuals are great......but who read the manual for their RRS cover to cover......and neither can I do it for my camera. TDV6 - gone

Josh, first congrats on your new camera.

Manuals for cars and cameras are different, you don't really need the manual of your auto for the most part, all cares operate the same basically. But it's different for a camera, lots of things are new/different, even for the same brand/make.
