Birmingham ain't all that bad to drive through.. just drive through its faster then anyone else.. and keep you're doors locked. I have found driving aggressively and not reacting to other less desirables.. helps a lot, they think you're a nut case.. having a fast mode of transport helps too.. i have seen/heard a lot of things, happen in Solihull even which is supposed to be one of the nicer ends.. unfortunately bad things happen everywhere! just have to keep your eyes peeled and you're wits about you...

Know it very well.. was in little aston today mate at a family friend's house.. Drove on the A452 passed chelmsley and through the airport NEC area to get back to Sol.. Hate the M42 with all the new speed cameras.. put 40 signs on it even in the dark when there are like 2 cars on the motorway!! |

Lived withinin spitting distance of Little Aston, But i lived in the posh end havent been back there in ten years, havent been down that part of the M42 in about two years, how fast things change i rembember the M42 being built we used to drive on to it and drive like lunatics up and down the surfaced sections . I am sooooooo glad to be out of it up here and not to have to travel on those roads around Brum anymore, i do feel for you poor who have to though some of my Previous cars -------------------------------- P38 Range Rover Autobiography RRS 2.7 HSE Silver RRS TDV8 HSE silver FFRR Vogue black Disco3 HSE silver RRS 2.7 HSE silver RRS 3.0 HSE BALTI BLUE ______________________________ current vehicles RRS 3.0 L494 Autobiography Audi R8 V10 Spyder AC Cobra Landrover Defender 90 Landrover Defender 110 Suzuki Jimney |

I travelled down the M42 on Saturday night / Sunday morning at about 1:00am. Hardly a car in sight and the speed matrix signs were set a 50mph from Junction 5 down to the M40 junction. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.
