I dont see the poit in having "covers" to paint ........... when all you need to do [ as per Miserys white one ] get your local paint shop to paint that particular top section of your wing mirror housing. I can understand the addition of the chrome covers [ of course ]

I had mine colour coded too by the dealer and they did the lower edge too, I reckon on the lighter colours it looks great.
