You were bloody lucky, i drove through about 4 foot of standing water, with a snorkel, but it still managed to suck some water through a loose fitting on the air intake resulting in a bent con rod Embarassed i wasnt about to stop in the middle of the lake so i carried on going, trouble is i started to float and was loosing grip so it started to get slower and slower until in the end it stopped, then the engine stopped Embarassed no more deep water for me some of my Previous cars
