Yeah back in the day, he said that the toyota corrolla was the most aweful car he had ever driven and he thought noone should go out and buy one.

That car went on and sold in greater numbers then any other car before it!
Personally i think he is a complete dick.

Hong Kong 2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange

i downloaded both the topgear RRS vs challenger tank one and the fifth gear RRS vs horse one. have to say, tiff makes much more sense than JC. JC is to car reviews as murray walker was to F1 commentary. Tiff is more like your martin brundle commentary. 2005 RRS SC 1st Edition Vesuvius Orange

Ah yes, but F1 commentary is a bleaker place without the rather excitable and entertaining Murray Walker! Very Happy

Which reminds me of a story - When Chris Tarrant was a radio presenter he had a quiz. One of the questions was 'can you name the famous motor racing commentator who presents F1' (Murray Walker) The woman had no idea, Chris then said 'I'll give you a clue - You put it in your mouth and suck it (Meaning a Murray Mint) The woman now knew who he meant and replied - Is it Dickie Davis? 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten
2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.
