Thanks Martin. Mine was 5 months old when I bought it and already came with a Twisted Performance 260bhp remap (inc filter and sports exhaust). However, it keeps getting wiped everytime they fix the ongoing raft of gearbox faults. The difference in performance and economy is quite dramatic, as Envoy correctly states, and I'm waiting for its' return to re-book and reinstate the remap. |

I'm reliably informed that a new RRS transmission software update is released every month. As now apparent, these ECU updates wipe the remap. Meaning, every time your car goes into the Stealer for a service or work necessitating similar software updates, you're going to lose your remap. Therefore, logically, the longest you can realistically expect to keep your car remapped for is 12 months or 15,000miles.

Hi LRT. No, the engineer, Charlie is mobile nationally and happy to meet up in the Southeast whenever he's about. Great fella, very understanding and extremly helpful. Highly recommended! |
