Okay the latest update for you all.

The extended warranty tech has been down to look at my RR and says as there is no mechanical failure they are not interested until you can prove failure new engine is 7K without fitting my dealer says what the !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dealer phoned the other day to say he is still trying to sort things out with the warranty companyand in the mean time was putting an email to LR, asked me what RR's I have had in the past and what I have now and so on.

Phone call last night. LR because I'm valued customer they have agreed to replace the engine on my behalf.

I love my FFRR sorry to say so much more than the sport.

2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Java Black

Had two cars with this very engine.
My 740i done like 150k km (100k miles) and it never had any problems with engine. My FFRR is doing good, no problems at all, 40k miles on the clock. Looks like a unique problem. 2014 Mercedes-Benz S500

All the searching my dealer has done, there hasn't been any problems reported with any of the BMW engines tf9 so I think it must have just been a bad one. Saying that all 8 of my RR had had problems one way or another, but I still love them.

I am lover of the mark not just a year or so driver before I go back to another brand like some people I can mention
