Take it to JE Engineering - let them strip it down & locate the problem - then pass the bill to LR & name and shame the local dealer

MDP the ML was nice, drove it at MBW very fast but very car like and a staggering price of 78K NO WAY!!!!!

Motorlogix are listing them £68k - http://www.motorlogix.com/index.cfm?sectio...icleType=N

you'd have to wait for the AMG depreciation to kick in first though anyway - worth waiting 6 months then pick one up

Okay the latest update for you all.

The extended warranty tech has been down to look at my RR and says as there is no mechanical failure they are not interested until you can prove failure Twisted Evil Twisted Evil new engine is 7K without fitting my dealer says what the !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dealer phoned the other day to say he is still trying to sort things out with the warranty companyand in the mean time was putting an email to LR, asked me what RR's I have had in the past and what I have now and so on.

Phone call last night. LR because I'm valued customer they have agreed to replace the engine on my behalf. Bow down Thumbs Up Bow down Thumbs Up Bow down Thumbs Up

I love my FFRR sorry to say so much more than the sport.

Thanks Guy's JayMann Twisted Evil Twisted Evil you wont let me forget that will you. At least I don't drive around in a powder blue convertable Very Happy mind you the price is dropping so I might be Very Happy

All the searching my dealer has done, there hasn't been any problems reported with any of the BMW Banging Head engines tf9 so I think it must have just been a bad one. Saying that all 8 of my RR had had problems one way or another, but I still love them.

I am lover of the mark not just a year or so driver before I go back to another brand like some people I can mention Shocked
