I will replace them after 10k km (6k miles). I did a lot of burnout, racing and alot of wreckless driving 2014 Mercedes-Benz S500

Just washed mine [ again ] noticed a nail/screw deep in the tread on offside rear - inside track - will need to pop it down to tyre specialist tomorrow to check it out -

If it's in the middle and not on the side wall they can repair it RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

Yep, should be OK... although I'm always a bit uncertain of driving at speed on a repaired tyre.

We had a tyre send back to the factory to be repaired properly RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

Phoned around for 4 replacement Continental Cross Contact 19” tyres. Best price was £799 inc fitting, VAT etc. Thought that was expensive so went onto eBay and bought a brand new set of 5 RRS original wheels with Pirelli Scorpion Zero 255/50 ZR19 Tyres, including delivery for £690. Never been on the road and look wonderful.

All ok - just a small screw head stuck in tread ! Phew Car at dealers tomorrow - so will get their verdict on tyres/life expectancy of mine " WITH MORE EXTRAS THAN A HOLLYWOOD EPIC " |
