United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Stornoway Grey
The new V8 Diesel

After my meeting with the DP at Stratstone today I asked about the impending arrival of the new DV8, and was told by him that the new engine arrives first in the Range Rover in November 2006, and that as far as the Sport is concerned, he did not know if or when it would be introduced into the car.

I reckon within 6 months of the RR having that engine they will add it as an option to the Sport, as he said to me the power of the DV8 is comparable to the Supercharged...why compare it against the SC unless you were going to launch it....

Looks like I'll be guzzling gas for at least a year more then! L319 D4 HSE

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Should be just about in time for the mid-life facelift of the Sport then, giving me a bit longer to save up. That will let the L322 owners iron out any bugs too Laughing

Also round about the same time the cast-off G4 RRS's should be available and this will cause me a dilema............ buy a cast off and well used G4 RRS with all the toys or TDv8 HSE. Buying a cast-off G4 RRS would enable me to sell my Defender which will be 10 years old by then and keep the tree huggers happier by only owning one 4x4, but still have offroading fun without worrying about scrapes and scratches! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

England

Just picked up a post on carspy shots about the Freelander which will be out in November too

I'm saying nothing about the launch engines here... but if everything goes to plan there is a Freelander at Gaydon that if it makes production will wear the BLACK Land Rover badge.
Now there's a carrot-dangle for you! Shocked
