Can't remember what they're called but the repair place at Stag Hill in Guildford is LR approved. Most dealers will tell you who they use if you ask nicely

Mrs VA had an "incident" with the D3 has she then VA Laughing

Oooops just noticed she's looking for a Java rear bumper! Embarassed Embarassed

Surely it would be better to put this in the hands of her insurance and let them sort it out?
Also shouldn't she notify the police if the other party refuses to disclose their name, address and insurance details? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

There is a legal requirement for the driver of the other vehicle to supply their Insurance details. If they don't the Police will prosecute and your Insurance can recover the money.

If this happens. Get the registration and report it to the local police where the accident occurred.
The vehicle registration can be checked and the Insurance details obtained from the Insurance database. It may be that your own Insurance company can access that database themselves.
In effect this is a fail to stop at an accident and is an offence. TDV6 - gone
TDV8 - gone

And DH, if you don't have the reg details contact Harrods as the whole scene may be on their CCTV tapes if you were parked right outside the store. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
