I have removable towbar, it was a twin axle trailer(not mine) probably had 14 inch wheels and seemed to tow at correct height.

quite regularly tow best pat of 3.5 tonnes - tows really well |

I have the adjustable towbar, the fixed was a bit too low for our horse trailer.
