It's started again, I'm getting Twisted Evil at LR. My dealer has said that they have road tested her and there is no loss of oil, they have contacted LR who say that the mission control pipes could have failed.

So here it starts. I have extended warranty by LR but every time I need something it isn't covered by the warranty typical, anyway to have the mission control pipes checked will cost me £400 but the thing is they might not have fails so they take it all apart and there is nothing wrong where do I go from there.

I now know why I put my deposite down on the ML63 before I brought my sport, I need to leave LR and move away. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad I have had 5 FFRR 1 Disco which have all had to have warranty work done. The only good LR are bloody 1960 ones.

In the last 4 years I have spent £127K on LR and they couldn't care less about a quality customer. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

And here was me thinking that BMW engines NEVER go wrong................... Laughing

Simon, I have heard of this before and it was a blocked oil channel somewhere causing a pressure in the engine, forcing oil into the cylinders and it getting burned. Sounda a bit Rover V8ish! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
